Advanced PC was founded in September 2002 as a sole proprietorship registered in Ventura County, California owned and operated by Tim Beneteau. This company was started primarily to utilize my knowledge of computers and provide customers with an alternative computer solution of a local shop rather than a corporate enviroment.
My past experience in the computer industry and my years of education in this field, along with rapid advances in technology made me recognize the need for more diversity in computer repair and upgrades. This eventually generated my first sale for Advanced PC and I have since been building a growing customer base with very satisfied clients.
Advanced PC is a Microsoft Certified, Comptia A+ Authorized Service Center-(Computing Technology Industry Association) and an Intel Product Dealer providing computer repair, upgrade and service to local computer users and small business. Services include design, installation of network systems, training, and support.
Advanced PC repairs, upgrades and sells computer systems designed for consumers who want high quality work and good service. My customers are people who want their computers repaired by a Microsoft Certified Technician at a fair price.
I have programmers, software developers, graphic design artists or other repair technicians available on a contractual basis. Our focus is on local markets, small businessess and home office, as well as your average personal computer user.
I target companies large enough to need the high-quality information technology I offer, but to small to have a separate computer management staff such as an MIS department. My target market for businessess have one to twenty employees and needs five to twenty workstations tied together in a local area network.
Advanced PC is a company dedicated to providing better solutions for computer users who are unable to obtain their requirements from the mainstream computer manufacturers.

We specialize in upgrades, to give your PC new life and better performance.
Our labor fee is $68.50 per hour in shop and $129.50 per hour on-site, with a on-site fee of $35.00. We are a Comptia authorized service center for Compaq, Dell, Gateway and Hewlett Packard products.
We do on-site service calls to Ventura, Oxnard, Santa Paula and surrounding cities of Ventura County.
We pick up and return equipment for a $45.00 fee.
