Onsite and remote services for most of your multivendor devices can be delivered as a component of your hardware support contract. You can take advantage of flexible service options. You may contract Avaserv for labor charges only or standard time and material program. You may choose billing options and specific response times, coverage hours and service periods that meet your requirements across diverse sites.
* Consulting and Managing Networking Infrastructure and Printing and Scanning Services.
Avaserv can assume responsibility for day-to-day management of your networking, imaging and printing infrastructure ? helping you improve efficiencies, reduce risks, and optimize business results. * Onsite same day response and factory authorized depot repair.
The Avaserv team will respond to your service request expediently. Under Avaserv service plans customers can receive on-site services the same day or within 4 hours after a service call has been initiated.
Once a service call is logged at Avaserv toll free number, an Avaserv technical representative will contact you within an hour. Upon your approval Avaserv representative will dispatch a qualified Technician to your site.
Avaserv Depot repair center in Irvine is open and available to walk-in customers Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30PM. Saturday and after hours services are available per appointment.
* Vendor Contract Care Pack service packages and Extended Warranty options.
