HyperNerd Inc. was founded by Adam J. Craig, a former Lead Technician for Best Buy's Geek Squad. Unsatisfied with the state of customer service and the of lack quality work in the computer support industry, he set out to make a difference. Adam saw too many people pay exorbitant prices for sub-standard work. All of this was bound to change when he defected from The Geek Squad and founded The HyperNerd Computer Force.
