Warranty Repair

MacMEDIC is a full service Apple Authorized Repair Center. If your computer is less than a year old, or if youâ€™ve purchased an AppleCare Service Protection Plan, MacMEDIC will have you fully covered.

MacMEDIC services all Apple Desktop and Laptop units under warranty as well as Apple Xserve and Xserve RAID products. All new Apple hardware products (including clearance and refurbished products) carry a one-year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Non-Warranty Repair

Please note that If your computer was built before 2002, that may be a good sign that it's time to upgrade. For those of you with computers built after the year 2002, repair may be the way to go, however, if the cost looks like it may be more than what the Mac is actually worth, we'll let you know, and help you decide on a more cost effective solution.
