REPAIRS: Does your hard drive sound like the brakes on your automobile? Are you convinced that your system thinks it's Linda Blair? We can help. From loose cables to complex hardware and software dilemmas, we can quickly and effectively troubleshoot and diagnose the situation. Our recommendations and repair options are then presented to our customers with their realistic system needs and pocketbook in mind.

UPGRADES: This is often the most misunderstood aspect of determining current and future system needs. Our experts will assess the performance needs of your home or business and then make appropriate recommendations. While consulting, we never suggest an upgrade when it is not warranted. Other factors such as the capabilities of your current system to upgrade versus configuring a completely new system are also carefully evaluated. In many instances, only one or two relatively inexpensive upgrades can substantially extend the viability of your current system. Then again, it's possible that your wonderful top-of-the-line system purchased just a few years ago may qualify as a museum piece. We'll be completely honest and up front in our assessment.
