At Tekwerks we keep your technology working day in and day out. Our personnel have a combined experience of over 50 years. We have the depth of knowledge no other service organization can match.
HOURLY SERVICE:
We orfer hourly on-call service. Just give us a call and we can schedule one of our technicians to visit your site and fix your problem. We repair all brands of PC and Mac computers and HP laser printers. Many of these problems can be solved in
the field, but some require bringing your equipment to the Tekwerks Super Shop. We can fix it up and return your equipment good as new!
Field Rate: $125.00/hr.
Shop Rate: $100.00/hr.
System Check-out $35.00 flat, shop only
SERVICE CONTRACTS:
Our service contracts are the best in the business, offering service that will fit your level of need and budget. For a reasonable monthly fee our contracts can include:
• All parts and labor for repairs are included no matter the problem
• Annual complete cleaning and service (Preventative Maintenance)
• On-site 8 hours or less service response
• Priority attention to emergency calls
• Complete cataloging of all equipment and software
• Equipment and service discounts
• Loaner equipment when needed
• Consulting services included in contract
