We're computer geeks, but we have that knack of talking in really folksy plain English ways that aren't intimidating (or so we're told).
We're speedy and know how to make PCs work better (sorry, no Macs), and what we don't know, we'll admit so and then find out.

When we refer to ourselves as nerds (or geeks) this is just another word for computer technician. (sometimes called "computer tech" or "pc tech")
No matter. Whatever you call us, our computer consultants and technical support team still will go onsite to your location in Santa Clarita (Canyon Country, Valencia, Newhall, Saugus, Stevenson Ranch) or the San Fernando Valley or Los Angeles to give you the PC repair you need.
Our pc techs are skilled and in many instances certified. Our PC technicians have been seasoned by many years of working directly for large corporations, helping them with computer repair.
In the formal work environment, something called "resolution rate" was the only metric or measured goal of performance. All this means, simply, is how well PCs or computers were fixed on the first bite at the apple was what counted. This mindset - fix it right the first time - remains our mantra today.
