* We are located in Southern California but we service customers throughout the
US. We can provide local (on-site) tech support.
* Our consultants have solid English communication skills and are based in the US.
We do not outsource.

time. When you are "down" we know how important it is to get your systems up and
running. We'll work non stop, even overnight, if we can make progress. We've
done it before and have references to prove it.
* We can connect to your computers and devices remotely.
* We have clear billing that is presented in plain English.
* We can service your systems during non-business hours to reduce interruptions to
your work flow.
* We are REALLY available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you happen to reach an
answering machine, which we strive to avoid, someone will get back to you within
the hour.
